A RICH ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE… Bezyl Château 19th century :
This chateau dominates an entire valley and the quarries of very hard greenschist, which was used in the Middle Ages to build the fortifications in Rennes. It is situated on a site that is easily defendable. The Manor's foundations are probably very old. The style of the building is a classical one-storey building. _HAYE-DU-DERON CHATEAU_ 16th century – 1620 – 20th century : The Cour de Sixt's old manorhouse is one of the most beautiful examples of architectural heritage in the area. The Haye du Déron château was built in 1620 and restored at the beginning of 1920. It has belonged to the Moraud family, Lords of Callac, since 1630. _HERMITAGE MANOR 17th century_ : This building which was altered at the beginning of the 20th century, is characterised by its door on the south side and by its watchtower on the eastern gable. It was used as a presbytery up until the revolution. The service quarters, the barn and nearby farmlands are an example of the sheer size of the estate.
